About

I am a Data Science and Computer Science student at Simon Fraser University in BC, Canada! My interests include making intelligent systems more human-like, specifically providing them with the ability to understand human behaviours and emotions, as well as engage in socio-emotional interactions with humans.

My research experiences include working as an undergraduate research student at the Robots with Social Intelligence and Empathy (ROSIE) Lab at SFU, supervised by Prof. Angelica Lim. In addition, I worked as a Research Data Scientist at the Linington Lab at SFU that studies natural product chemistry, supervised by Prof. Roger G. Linington.

Besides research, I was a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Also, I am a huge LEGO enthusiast! I enjoy bringing my city to life by adding sparkling lights and motorizing parts. I am constantly building and adding new sets to the city :-)
